We have the most amazing real estate company helping us sell our home and finding our dream home. It went live in the MLS on a Thursday at 9 a.m. We had three showings that came that afternoon. The first showing was at 1:30 and they made an offer as soon as they got back to the office. We had 11 scheduled showings Friday and before we knew it we were in a multi-offer status.

Long story short…we got an unbelievably sweet deal from a very sweet couple. They kindly offered well over our appraised value to secure it. Cherry on the cake…all cash too! However, they have no clue just what a great deal they’re getting. It’s a wonderful neighborhood…like one big family who look out for each other. Super duper sweet neighbors! I love them all so much.

Of the several REALTOR’s I’ve talked to trying to find a place, Robbie is the only one that was actually committed to helping us and found us a great place to live. Great communication and quick replies. Updated consistently. We were actually able to tour the home we wanted to look at just a few hours after talking to Carrie for the first time on a Saturday. Should mention this place is an hour away also, but she made it happen and met with us there. She was able to update the appropriate people during the application process as well when we didn't know who to contact, so this sped things up a bit and we're in the house we wanted. No words to describe how amazing this experience was and with the outcome we wanted! Carrie gets 20 stars!!!!!!!

Without Cindi Reid, I don't think I would have a house today. I always joked that Cindi was not only my realtor but also my therapist. I went through quite a few difficulties, like having to walk away from a house after inspection, but she helped get me through it. Her advice and support was invaluable. She understands the emotional aspect of home buying and really took the time to understand me as a person so she could offer advice specific to my needs.

I was most impressed by Cindi's hustle. She never hesitated to get on the phone to figure something out, make the time to tour a home (we saw MANY), or take time to research and document every step of the way. Also, Cindi caught details in paperwork that everyone else missed, on multiple occasions.

Nelson Chang was fantastic. He was real attentive to what I was looking for in a house. Very patient with my search and was pretty much always available. I would recommend Nelson because he helped break down all things real estate which were all beyond me. 

With the information Nelson gave me it allowed me to make the best decision for me and my family in purchasing a house. Nelson also kept in touch with me after my closing date to check in to see if I needed any additional help with all the additional processes that come with buying a house, (locating utilities, homestead, etc).

I am from the Huntsville AL area, retiring to New Braunfels. We saw Tony’s internet videos about New Braunfels and area real estate. The videos were informative, entertaining, and very well crafted. So we looked Tony up when it came time for assistance in a home purchase. I figured a person working that hard and that creatively to produce real estate videos would work hard and creatively for us. Tony Freese understood exactly what we were looking for, he composed a list for us and since we were coming from NY we only had one week to find our house and after seeing quite a few homes we found “the one” and from then on it was all good business being done on his part, since he had to be our legs on the ground sort of speak, he even did the final walk through and was very thorough checking everything out with pics to follow , excellent, professional and easy to relate to, I would most definitely recommend him to anyone that needs the kind of service he can provide.
