One of the many ways uncommon realty agents and brokers set themselves apart apart from other real estate licensees is through advancing their knowledge through education.

In the state of Texas, a real estate licensee only has to obtain 18 hours every 2-years to keep their license.  And, most only real estate licensees accomplish only those state-mandated educational requirements; but not uncommon agents.

Education is important to us at uncommon realty.  We understand that sharpening our skills and fine-tuning our laser focus is paramount for our success.  Each uncommon agent recogizes that our dedication to going above and beyond in our education directly benefits you, our clients.

Below represents a collective of the advanced education, certifications, and designations that we as uncommon agents have earned.  As the list continues to grow of our educational advancements, they will be listed here.  This list represents the recognized certifications and designations to which we have earned but by no means fully represents all of the time we dedicate to advanced educational pursuits.
