With his vast experience, Robbie trains and educates real estate agents about the theory and also the practice of real estate using first-hand knowledge and experience. Simply put, Robbie understands all the pieces of the puzzle required to put transactions together, successfully.
Robbie has written a number of Texas-specific courses that are taught within the uncommon realty brokerage, including a Texas certification class for buyer's agents. Having access to great education and training programs is key to an agent's success no matter what level they may have achieved. Robbie is also a Buffini and Company Mentor and teaches segments on building a referral-based business and reinforcing your referral relationships.
